- Our business originally started in July 1981, in the city of Thousand Oaks California, as a remodeling contractor and a custom home builder.
- We expanded our services to a variety of project types such as commercial property development, church constructions, and multi-family structures.
- Our service area expanded to include areas from Solvang, California to San Diego, California.
- In November 2018, we incorporated as Benavides Builders, Inc. and we are continuing our passion for design, development and construction.
